BORNtohost HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS 1. check-in is from 16:00, check-out is 11:00 at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence with BORNtohost. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own city. 3. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban (only permitted on the balcony or terrace with the door closed) will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. 8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. 10. for reasons of hygiene, we ask you to take off your shoes in the accommodation so that the carpets remain stain-free for other guests;-) 11. e-cars may not be charged at the house electricity. In case of violation we charge 50 euro for the electricity price 12. the booking of a reservation goes hand in hand with the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
